Heck, look at how many kids are murdered by their mom’s boyfriends. Their brains are probably mush from drugs/alcohol to the point they just don’t care.

Ok – this is messed up on so many levels, it’s pathetic. The mother should have some kind fo charges coming her way, too, as far as I am concerned.
First – this guy violates an OFP by going to the mother’s house and picking up the kids – and, I would feel pretty good about betting that this isn’t the first time he’s done so. Then, drunk as he is, the mother allows him to take the children – one 7 years old, the other a 3 month old (gee – how’d that happen, with an OFP in place since 2008, huh?) for a little walk… which he’d been on for at least a couple of hours with them, apparently, while trying to get his hands on more alcohol.
Both mom and dad are idiots. (I’m being kind)
Both of those children deserve better.

Agree with that, Breezy. I thought an order for protection was invalid if the person being ‘protected’ allowed the person the order was against to make any kind of contact?
