Sounds like a good opportunity for the great legal system in Kandiyohi County to give these guys stayed sentences and pay a $50 fine.

You can be darn sure the cops and prosecutors are going to throw the book at these guys. It’s what the judges around here do that is cause for concern.

Toast, no plea bargin for the shooter, but maybe for the smart one that turns states evidence. The camera shows the shooting, that is just another nail in this guys coffin!

They’re all busy trying to point the finger at the other ones… hmmm… how to determine which one the “smart one” is, isn’t it?

“You are assuming these guys worked for a living…” Thats right Breezy Belle, I bet we’ve been paying for them this whole time. I can guarantee you that if there was a law stating that an individual must be drug tested, finger printed, and legal before receiving food stamps and other benefits there would be maybe 1/3 of the people on assistance then there are now…

Somehow I doubt these guys were on the welfare rolls. (I tend to think that they were earning an income from other ventures…) And I have no reason to believe that any of them are here illegally. Mr. Evan’s family is from the area, I believe.
Unless you know something I don’t…?

Breezy: even when some of these people make money from “other ventures” (i like how you put that lol) they still go to the county for money because many of them feel its “owed” to them….sad but true. I wasn’t saying the illegal thing about Evan’s (This guy doesn’t get a MR. he shot at cops!) I was just making a general statement at the end

The perception that mostly illegals are on the welfare roles is grossly over aggarrated, and the reason is most of them are afraid of being found out. They prefer to work under another name, or their own name with false ID’s. You would be surprised on how many legal Americans are either on welfare, or collecting disability. Some are not really that hurt just getting over on the system, while others are just plain lazy, who in some cases are also the finger pointers. Then again just don’t blame the illegals for being on the system, place some blame on agencies that fail to check anyone out throughly who apply for welfare. i agree Belle, these shooters are not on the system, or are they illegals, they bascially are into drugs, guns gangs, and are thieves. Several of the shooters families have been in this area or another state all their lives. Besides most criminals like these, have girlfriends with other kids on the system which gives people like this who don’t want to work, a roof over their head.
