I am curious if there has been an outside study to see how many of these “local” parks are actually being used by kids?
Who’s paying for the equipment and maintence for all these parks? The property taxes?

Talk about a socialistic policy. Sell the land, take the money, then make the developer give land or money to the park district without any compensation to the developer. That sounds very illegal to me.
Don’t we have enough parks already? We sure pay plenty of taxes to the Park Districts in Stark County now and they still want more. When is enough going to be enough?
