Do you think the stop sign bullet was the 45? Three high powered handguns, 9mm, 45cal, and a 357, recovered by the WPD, were most likely stolen from home owners during burglaries, or sold by underhanded gun dealers. Willmar hasn’t had a shooting in quiet sometime, and its nice to know four dangerous thugs will be going to prison for at least 15 yrs, maybe more? Then when they are done with the state charges, there should be federal if that doesn’t come first. Either way they are going down for sometime. I don’t believe there should be any plea bargins when it comes time to attempted murder of a PO, because a jury will see the evidence and render a just verdict of guilty. A clear message needs to be sent to everyone that if you fire a gun on law enforcement you do hard time!
