Not a sailor….and no Einstein either.
But don’t they usually put up those buoys with a flashing light or something to warn boaters of Low Water or Hazard in the water?

That’s kind of what I was thinking too. I know the lake has a “mind” of it’s own, and buoys don’t always stay where they should, but if it’s a repeat problem area, you’d think they’d do something about it.
