Fire spotted this morning, man and two children out safely

At approximately 7 a.m. this morning (Sept. 7) a neighbor saw smoke coming from the three-season porch of his neighbor, Erik Bergmanis, 314 Meadow Ridge Ct. in the town of Troy.
