The people that are guilty of this should be taken out and hung by the neck until dead!
The lax penalties given to criminals have to stop, as there is no deterrent for them to stop.
What is going on in this world today?

I agree brokenbackjack, American laws are more to protect the criminal instead of doing justice for the victim. My parents along with a couple hundred other North Dakotans involved in an investment in California lost all their money because the manager of the investment out there decided not to pay us dividends anymore because of his greed. Despite the lawsuit we brought on, his lawyers found ways to delay the rulings all the while this guy was able to hide his money. He was guilty as hell, all the evidence was there, but I guess protecting innocent people of crime is not important enough. American justice is a SHAM! It’s almost 5 years since this happened, not one penny has come to the victims yet.
