Ed Schultz’s television program “The Ed Show” had its best month ever in August, according to an MSNBC news release reporting on data from Nielson Media Research.

A show about a day in the life of a nuclear physicist would outdraw CNN. When Ed gets to the 3 million viewer plateau like O’Reilly and Hannity then maybe he can say he accomplished something. The only people who watch MSNBC are people like James Lee, the recently suicide by police environmentalist nut job who thought he could change The Discovery Channel’s programming.

Gee. That is a few more followers than the number of people who read the Forum. Good luck ED, and also to your son in his golfing career. You are a family of go getter’s for sure. And do not stop venting your anger, doctors say it is good for ones blood pressure…

A few days after Ed had his melt down, he said of the Restoring Honor rally on 8/28 that it was full of angry old white people. Then went on an expletive laced rant on how he wanted to kick in Fox News teeth and urinate on them. Good thing Ed is a young black man, so he doesn’t have to apply the “angry old white person†label to himself.

Not really surprising. In that business, the dumber you are, the more viewers you draw. No such thing as bad publicity.

He is a joke. Just a big blow-hard and always will be.
Why he has a job in broadcasting is beyond me with his past and always blowing up at somebody and of course they are always smaller than him. I think he got hit too many times when he tried to play football!

Ed is still a loser, and so are his viewers.

‘I’m going to torch this (expletive) place.’ â€
Occasionally, that sort of talk lands a person in jail. With Ed’s temper, he will probably suffer a heart attack and save law enforcement the trouble. Maybe some anger management counciling?

Ed has been in need of anger management from birth. I hear he is coming back this way to dry out….again.

It just proves, as in the cases of Beck, Hannity and Limbaugh, that people love a good angry trainwreck.

Ed is about 50 times angrier than the 3 you mentioned combined. Actually its probably higher than that since none of them come close to the alky Ed.

Ed is in a whole different league when it comes to angry outbursts. Personally, I would rather watch paint dry than listen to Ed. Hope he stays clear of Fargo….gives us all a bad reputation.

Don’t agree….but LOVE your photo Barb!

“Posts best numbers ever” is kind of like coming in second to last. Simpson’s reruns do better than Ed’s show and watching debate on the Farm Bill on CSPAN is probably more interesting.

So, there were a few more people interested in watching the Ed Schultz freak show than before his melt down. They were looking for another meltdown. What’s big news about that?

I’ve watched and listened to Ed Schultz. His brain synapses are firing randomly with no logical progression. What could be wrong with him? Oh, that’s right, he’s a liberal. Never mind.

Comparing faux news to the other news outlets is like this. If you had 9 regular tv stations and one porn station, the one porn station would outdraw any of the other nine. But there are still an insignificant number of people watching the porn. It is tooting your horn over nothing. People can get better news coverage over so many stations that the folks who actually are looking for news and not opinion get spread out. I would say that some of what is on Faux is pretty funny. Especially Haminty. What a sour puss. The only time he smiles is when he is looking at Sara Paylins bossum.

Here is a news flash for you hiney, the show you mentioned is not a news show, its an opinion show which by the way has more people watching its commercials than Ed draws in a week.

You missed my point Morty. There is only one station that spews the crap faux news ralphs. There are many news stations that are more fair and balanced giving viewers many options. So if you happen to be of the ilk that likes the trash on faux news, you have only one place to go. Did you see the report that one of the major shareholders in faux news is bankrolling the new mosque in NY that has all the repubs in a panty twist? I bet most faux viewers didn’t know Rupee Murdock was a Mooslim.

NIce to see all the haters are out today. Again I ask- what has Ed done to any of you except make you look like a bunch of under achievers? But you’re not bitter………
Like or Dislike: 7 16
Oh come on Mrs. Ed, surely Ed can take a little criticism.

If by under achieving you mean NOT shootinig a dog while out hunting, NOT beating up our spouses, NOT getting into fights at a bar, NOT hanging up on people when we disagree, NOT walking out in a huff when an interviewer asks a question we don’t like, and NOT threating to torch a place of business….then yea I guess a lot of us are under achievers compared to Big Red Ed.
