That’s it – 48 months? This man is a manipulator… and the screw loose in his head is what keeps women his own age from finding him appealing… and what keeps the young naive girls hanging around. 48 months from now (or less, with good time) he will be on his way to finding another victim. The judge is right – it is apparent that this man will not stop victimizing little girls. Wish there was a way to lock him up for good.

For some reason I’ve always thought that the sentence for statutory rape was longer than 48 months. Or is it different in Kandiyohi County?

Nope, Gary – you do appear to be right… Links to his conviction page, and the applicable statute:

In light of that, I can’t even guess why his sentence is so light… especially since he victimized not one, but two underage girls… and impregnated one of them.

Breezy Belle – Probably another result of the august Kandiyohi Country District Court system. Remember the Alamo? Remember Hagar!!

You mean Wagar – the fox urine guy? Oh, yes – totally applicable to a sex offender case…
(note my sarcasm, please…)
I hope that’s not the case – boomerang reaction to the overreaction… that would be ridiculous!
