So, the city spent $80,000 on a consulting firm to come up with the conclusions that adminstration wanted…wow.

I am seriously wondering how our Forefathers managed to get this country up to the 1900′s with just good old fashion common sense.
It appears it isn’t even Government that is in charge anymore…..it’s Consultants.
