It’s ironic that people who profit from the first amendment are so adamant that other people give up their fourth amendment rights.

The diversion is something that has to be done, and there’s no sense being unpleasant about it. Yes it’s sad that people’s properties are affected, but they will be compensated as far as is possible. I’m sure that similar situations occurred when the interstate highway system was built and when the railroads were constructed. Progress marches on.
