Painful math: LGA down, city taxes up

This is downright criminal negligence by government. Historic…not just small…but HISTORIC drop in property values, and governments find a way to keep your taxes either the same (with a higher appraisal fee to make up that tax loss for depreciation) or just go out and raise your taxes some more. We don’t elect you to spend. We elect you to conduct business affordably and cut when your citizens are already being gouged from the economy and poor choices at the federal and state level.
