Sounds like the Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys is making decisions “top down.” How unfortunate that a “membership” organization no longer considers the “membership” important. I thought the Girl Scouts was an advocate for girl voice and strong women? Evidently only when it’s convenient…
