I’m very happy for Kennedy that Gattuso got custody, but I’m a little puzzled about the details. I thought she was living in Fargo, but now it sounds like she’s in New Orleans? I hope she continues to do well if she is being moved.

I’m sorry I don’t believe Williams that Kennedy would ask why she gave her away after all she was living with her father until he was murded at the request of Williams’ family. If she really thought she was the right one she would have continued the fight – I think she wanted the child only because of the money it might bring with caring for the child, her quitting showed me she probably never really cared about the childs welfare it was only about her – in that aspect she is no different than her father who hired the hitman.

Yet, it’s still an absolute farce that Kirkpatrick is out of jail. How ironic- he agrees to be interviewed, knowing that will push his own case (and freedom), back at least 4 months. Brilliant!

This is most excellent news..
The statements of “It became really clear that they were more interested in trying to prosecute my dad than me,†I find really interesting.
Was the case dropped for that very reason? Could something possibly come out at the custody hearing about her dad? Makes me go hmmmmm.

I just hope and pray that sweet little girl can have a good life now. It’ll never be the same as living with her father, but that was taken away from her forever. Whatever the aunt’s motives, she has nobody to blame for the loss of being in Kennedy’s life but her father.

I think that a lot of prayers have been answered with the news that Kennedy will live with her father’s family.
I do find it interesting that custody was solved about the same time that the “new” person has surfaced and will testify.
