Raymond man jailed for leaving explicit messages for neighbor

WILLMAR Craig David Waterman, 51, of Raymond, was sentenced Tuesday to 90 days in the county jail, 10 years of probation and a $1,000 fine on a felony harassment charge for leaving sexually explicit phone messages on a neighbor’s answering machine.
