they are trying to get more people working if you would read the story…rather than overwork the staff currently on duty they want more staff available and the ability to put their foot down when patient levels have exceeded staff abilities

There are people on the nurses side, people that believe that they are important in the health field, more important than the million dollar ceos. People that believe that some clown off the street with NO training that say they will take their job are idiots I am proud to be one of those people.

I’m with DarkKnight. They complain about being short staffed (which they, and every other place in the area is), then they themselves refuse to go to work too? I don’t get it. I know their job is primarily “for the patients” but the patients are already suffering from the low staffing levels, so hey let’s make them suffer even more by not going to work ourselves? I don’t get it…
