Navarrette, why is it that you always leave out the part about: Crime, Gangs, Drugs, Rape, Schools busting at the seams, Hospitals going broke, on and on and on!

Really….annual application? and how exactly will you pay for this brilliant idea? If you have ever delt with immigration (which i highly doubt) you would see that the red tape is incredible and the process is at a crawling pace. And now you would suggest they add another process to the department?
Also to remove the “anchor babies” ya need to ammend the Constitution. good luck with that one.
