If the Bands don’t get paid the odds of getting bands next year is pretty slim. Word of venues not paying travels fast. If they try next year they better be ready with cash up front.

there was less than 4000 people there, and it was an embarassing event. Why would anyone drive out there is beyond me. Stick a fork in it.

Here I thought this was going to be an article about that battle of the bands in Fingle…I’ve got a feeling the BotB is going to fail too. No entry fee for the bands and a $5,000 top prize, but the gen admin is something crazy like $100??? Who in their right mind would pay that sort of money to hear a bunch of unknown bands?? Who the hell puts on these things, when they are obviously doomed from the get go??
