The “desirable” game fish in the Red rely on the rough fish from small tributaries like Ditch 10. It’s also a spawning area. Come on over and I’ll show it to you.
I also have a bottle of the rancid liquid manure that was flowing undiluted into Ditch 10. I’ll let you sample it. Bring a puke bag.

I won’t claim to be an expert on dairy cattle, but I believe they need to be milked periodically (like twice a day). I’m surprised it took over 39 hours for someone to realize that the pump had malfunctioned.
It is also odd the it may have malfunctioned (or did they mean it continued to malfunction) 7 hours AFTER it was reported. Now that is incompetence.
