Sorry, our ruling elite already invented that. It’s called the Federal Government. They pump wealth out of the country, extract all the energy, then magically pump it back into the country where the cycle begins again.

I question the figures in this article, they may be true, the $$ generated, however, nothing is mentioned on what it costs the taxpayers, I think there is more of a loss than gain.
