The state and BIA roads are not equipped to take on the kind of traffic they are experiencing. I am not exaggerating when I say you can almost put a car in some of the holes on Highway 22. She is exactly right…we drove from Dickinson to 4 Bears on Sunday and those craters are dangerous, if not deadly. We needed that special session to address the problems on hwy’s 85,22,23,72 and 8. Those are the ones that need the majority of work. Shame on the Governor for not honoring the request for the special session.
