This was Pawlenty’s plan all along. Keep spending, don’t raise taxes, borrow the money. Typical Republican. He got his way with the budget and now with the borrowing. C’mon RNC, take him, please!

Actually, Big Red, he didn’t get his way with the budget last year. Well, at least not after the MNSC ruled his ‘deallocation’ unconstitional.
