Why is he the only one who that knows this information? Lack of communication? Poor management practices if you ask me.
And even if he is the only one, he has been less than truthful about this whole “gift giving”. I may have, I can’t remember, It could have been.
And…why wasn’t his file looked at during the time of investigations? If not why not? No evaluations? Hmmmm
Seems to me that maybe the city could get back all the monies from him and the woman who stole from the city and spring for a management training/consultant firm to work with ALL groups working for the city.
