Just to clarify. Kaiser, the dog that was shot, was in the boundaries of the yard and not running loose! The really scary part is that the kids were out there as well… not to mention the adults.

As stated the shooting occurred while children were in the yard
and the investigation has subsequently proven the dog was in the
confines also. Due to the severity of this incident we are seeking
additional information from the public.
