I beleive in this same newspaper in a seperate article there was a listing of the counties and how many DUI’s were repoprted in each of the Southwest counties. If I am correct Stark over 100 reports while other counties had less than 10 each. I would think it is time to not even consider other liquor licenses until the DUI count becomes less or even eliminated altogether. There is no reason to encourage more until you get a handle on this problem.

I don’t understand how the number of liquor licenses has anything to do with those that drink and drive.
With that kind of thinking maybe we should limit the number of auto dealerships as well?
Just kidding auto dealerships owners. But I am sure many get my point.
