Hey, kudos to the guy for having the balls to admit he was wrong. Should his fine be waved because he did so? No, but he should be thanked for his honesty and request of no special treatment.

The headline should read “Wisconsin fines honesty and integrity.” Wow, talk about incentive to not do the right thing. Sad.
