City holds off on water call

The City Council’s Public Works Committee held off on a decision Thursday regarding Stutsman Rural Water District’s proposed expansion project for portions of its service within city limits.

What happened to Stutsman County Rural Water expanding in the rural areas that desperately need water? The new hospital has the city to supply them with water. Seems to me they have their priorities mixed up.
