Finally, a dose of reality about getting to Minneapolis quickly and economically. Two tickets for $29!
This makes much more sense than spending one Billion dollars on a train. Though I would love to see the train happen, the current plans are far to expensive. Economical rail transit to the cities could be realized for far less than the current planners envision. I fear that the rail project is unfortunately going down the same track as the Aquarium. It may have begun with a core of enthusiastic backers but once the smell of big money wafted around, the plans grew and mostly those standing to profit handsomely by its construction are backing it.
