Briarwood may help pay demo costs for buyout homes

There is an answer for the Briarwood residents! Either pay full market value for the houses that can’t be moved or you’re on your own for the floods of the future! They like taking all the amenities the government(s) provides but don’t want to be reasonable!

If those houses can not be moved because of Briarwoods intransigence Briarwood should repay every cent to those who purchased those houses. Then Briarwood should be responsible for the destruction and cleanup of those houses.

I have seen a lot of houses moved over a lot of roads (gravel included) and they have not been torn up. As for the trees, trees can be replaced. Maybe not with fully mature ones, but fairly large trees could be moved in to replace them.
