This is so sad. One of the most sad things I have heard in a long time. Hasn’t anyone ever heard of sending their child to visit their aunt for 9 months and then giving the baby to someone who wants it?? What did those 1600 children ever do???

The solution is abstinence only programs and allowing prayer in schools.
