Thank you Alexandria for being proactive in preparing for the MS-TRAM! Sunday evening will be a big night for local restaurants and bars who market to the riders. Riders may be looking for some healthy carb options like whole wheat pasta and beer the night before if any local restaurants want to plan ahead. Also, vendors who can offer a healthy breakfast before the ride may do well.
