Hudson teachers to get 6.86 % raise

So, I wonder if the educational assistants, who work for almost nothing, will get a raise too. They keep being told there is “no money” and the district keeps laying them off.
In this economy, I honestly do not see how ANYONE can get more of anything. Where did all this available money magically come from or does this mean you and I get another great tax hike that I know I personaly can’t afford.
I have to say though that the administration raises tick me off even more, but it is all still ridiculous in these economic times.

and the others that work for the school that work ALL YEAR….they get raises? No? well neither should the teachers.

7 “dislikes”…nice. Apparentlty teachers deserve a raise but all theri support staff dont….
